This material has been provided by Professor Jay Hegde concerning a long proceeding at his University in which it is claimed, and supported with evidence, that the central administration covered up how a monkey died in the aftermath of a scientific experiment. There is a wealth of materials that can be consulted. If other parties wish to submit additional material to supplement these documents, they are welcome. The Animal Legal and Historical Web Center has not made an independent investigation of this matter.
