To add vocabulary to the site using taxonomy
- Go to Structure
- Go to Taxonomy
- Under the Vocabulary you wish to change (e.g. Countries, Jurisdiction, Species, Tags, Topics), select list tab
- Select +Add Term
- In the name field, type in the new vocabulary term
- Click Save
To alphabetize the newly added vocabulary in taxonomy
- After adding a new term, select the list tab again
- Click on the vocabulary term and drag it until it is in the correct alphabetical spot.
- Click Save
To add vocabulary to the site using taxonomy manager
- Go to Structure
- Go to Taxonomy Manager
- Select the Vocabulary you wish to add a term
- Select Add in the Toolbar
- Enter the term in the Terms box
- Select the Add button below the Terms box
To alphabetize the newly added vocabulary in taxonomy manager
- Check the box next to the new term you wish to alphabetize
- Use the up and down arrows in the Tool bar until the term is in the correct spot
