Summary:
This Arkansas regulation states that it is illegal to import, transport, sell, purchase, take or possess any endangered species of wildlife or parts thereof except as provided.

It shall be illegal to import, transport, sell, purchase, take or possess any endangered species of wildlife or parts thereof.
EXCEPTION:
(1) Legally acquired wildlife held under permit or held by a public zoo or museum, wildlife taken legally outside the state, or articles manufactured before January 1, 1973.
(2) In compliance with Commission Code 02.23 (Alligator Hunting Season) and 26.02 (Restrictions on Methods of Taking Alligator).
PENALTY: $500.00 to $2,000.00
