Summary:
This regulation provides that the Director of the USFWS may approve variations from the permit requirements if an emergency exists and it does not hinder the administration of other regulations.

§ 13.4 Emergency variation from requirements.
The Director may approve variations from the requirements of this part when he finds that an emergency exists and that the proposed variations will not hinder effective administration of this Subchapter B, and will not be unlawful.
